A contemporary lounge nestled within a historic mansion, Bar Elisabeth combines simplicity, comfort and character.
In an intimate setting, you can enjoy the comfort of a soft armchair, the hushed murmur of conversation, the proximity to the estate’s remarkable wine cellar – housed in the former chapel – and the sommelier’s expertise. He carefully selects the wines that make up the cellar, which is curated like a veritable treasure trove, showcasing the region’s wine-growing heritage and the great French terroirs or lesser-known winemakers, in a spirit of discovery and authenticity.

At Bar Elisabeth, hot and cold drinks are complemented by a fine selection of wines and spirits. Bar at the Brasserie Le 205
The Brasserie Le 205, located in the Aux Cyprès building, also has a bar open all day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., with service available both indoors and out on the terrace in fine weather. Warm and inviting, this is the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee, an afternoon drink or pre-dinner drinks al fresco.
