Located at the heart of the Domaine de Dolomieu estate, Le 205 Brasserie takes its name from the estate’s address.

Housed in the Aux Cyprès building, just a stone’s throw from the château, it's a place where contemporary elegance meets the warm spirit of the estate. Open every day for lunch and dinner, the Brasserie welcomes travellers, spa guests, visiting families and local regulars in a friendly atmosphere where the pleasure of good food takes centre stage.

A restaurant with terrace in Isère

The bright room opens out onto the park through large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a peaceful, green setting whatever the season. The warm, contemporary décor combines comfort with the elegant simplicity that characterises the estate. As soon as the weather turns fine, the terrace naturally becomes an extension of the restaurant, the perfect spot to enjoy lunch out in the sunshine or a serene, refined dinner in the evening.

A bar where you can relax all day long

Whether a morning coffee, a drink with friends in the afternoon or pre-dinner drinks in the early evening, the Brasserie’s bar offers a warm and welcoming retreat, both indoors and out on the terrace.

The bar is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., making it the perfect place to enjoy the bright surroundings and the view of the park any time of day, whether you wish to relax with a cocktail or unwind with a glass of wine.

Seasonal cuisine with strong local roots

At Le 205 restaurant, near the town of La Tour-du-Pin, the cuisine tells a story through its ingredients, mostly sourced locally from trusted producers and brought to life by the expertise of the chef and his team.

The menu offers a refined take on the great classics of French bistronomie, creatively reimagined and served in generous portions. For example, try our duck foie gras served with potatoes and tartiflette-style Reblochon, evoking the nearby mountains, or a modern take on pike quenelle served with buckwheat pasta squares and Beaufort cheese.

The meat is prepared with precision, whether a roast veal loin or tender poultry, and fish also feature on the menu, such as trout confite from Saint-Savin.

The region’s cheeses offer delightful moments infused with local flavours, while the desserts are both indulgent and delicate, such as the modern pavlova-style Mont-Blanc.
