Brasserie Le 205 has taken up residence in the ‘Aux Cyprès’ building, just a stone’s throw from the Château, where it blends in perfectly with its surroundings. Its décor, crafted from raw, natural and organic materials such as wood, glass and leather, blends perfectly with the grounds of the Dolomieu estate.
