Chef Mayeul, the estate's executive chef, is at the heart of this new culinary adventure. At the helm of both the brasserie and the fine-dining restaurant, he works closely with his team to showcase local produce. Passionate and creative, he explores all its forms to offer sincere and refined cuisine. Through his menus and tastings, he invites guests to discover gourmet dishes that are authentic and full of meaning.

In the dining room, the team shares much more than just service: a true passion.
