The Chef: Mayeul Enguerrand Robin

His cuisine is rooted in the Isère region: the producers he knows, the seasons he follows, the products he personally selects. No unnecessary displays, just clean, well-constructed plates where each ingredient has a purpose.

At La Table de Déodat, the tasting menus allow him to fully explore an idea, to work with ingredients in their depth, to create sequences where each dish complements the previous one. A seasonal cuisine, deeply rooted in the Isère, that doesn't need to try to be anything more than it is.
